A note on the people listed here
Everyone here serves without remuneration.
Reasonable expenses are reimbursed against receipts in accordance with our expense policy. Operations staff are part-time and paid at fair-market rates for public-sector or academic roles, set annually by the board. Mentors, speakers, and Encounter facilitators are unpaid friends of the foundation, and their travel and lodging are often the largest line item we fundraise against.
