Robin Maximus

Robin Maximus is a Dutch manufacturing engineer, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Stichting Grotius. Alongside his work in advanced manufacturing, he is pursuing a part-time degree in Industrial Engineering, combining technical expertise with a strong interest in leadership, philosophy, history, and personal development.

Within Grotius, Robin serves as a member of the Media & Marketing Committee, where he contributes to the organization’s branding, communications, digital presence, and long-term strategic development. As one of the founders of the foundation, he has been closely involved in shaping its vision and helping it grow into a community dedicated to forming principled leaders.

Robin helped establish Grotius because he believes that technical excellence alone is not enough. Lasting leadership requires character, responsibility, and a commitment to serving others. Through Grotius, he hopes to create opportunities for young people to develop these qualities and to build meaningful friendships grounded in shared values.
