Elise Hage

My name is Elise Hage, and I was born in the Netherlands. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Financial and Economic Research. Alongside my studies, I serve as the Mentoring & Leadership Development Coordinator at the Van Reigersberch Leadership Institute, where I support the development of future leaders through mentoring initiatives.

I decided to support Grotius because I was inspired by its commitment to serving others. The organization’s emphasis on helping people and creating a positive impact aligns closely with my own values, and I am motivated to contribute to that mission.

I am passionate about leadership that combines professional excellence with integrity, humility, and a genuine commitment to the common good. I believe that effective leadership is not defined solely by achievement, but by character and the ability to help others grow. While I have not yet settled on a specific career path, I am excited to explore opportunities where I can continue to grow, contribute, and make a meaningful impact.

Outside of my studies and work, I enjoy staying active through running and road cycling. I also value spending quality time with family and friends.
