Laura Cuellar

My name is Laura Maria Cuellar Morales. I am Spanish, Colombian and Venezuelan. I study Liberal Arts and Sciences at University College Maastricht, where I have the freedom to pursue my interests across disciplines while staying grounded in what matters most to me, learning, reading and serving others.

This commitment to service is why I am in charge of Volunteering Activities at the Van Reigersberch Leadership Institute. I believe that true growth comes from helping those around us rise alongside us. It is this same conviction that drew me to the Grotius team. I believe deeply in its mission and want to help it grow, so that more young people can be introduced to virtue based leadership and discover, as I have, that character and community go hand in hand.

Beyond my studies, I aspire to in the future work in primary education and child development. I want to help shape the earliest years of a child’s formation, a stage where values, curiosity and confidence take root.
