Fina Redondo

My name is Fina Redondo, and I am a Spanish professional with a deep humanistic vocation. Inspired by my studies in Documentation at the University of Granada, I have dedicated my career to supporting people's growth and development, convinced that every individual possesses unique talents and extraordinary potential.

I hold a Master's degree in Coaching and Mentoring from the International University of La Rioja (UNIR), I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), I have completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Family Education at the International University of Catalonia (UIC), and I am certified in ITACA Mentoring.

For almost ten years, I have been based in the Netherlands, where I work as an HR Manager and Coach in an international environment. Alongside this role, I serve as a coach in the ITACA Mentoring Programme, supporting university students and young professionals in developing key competencies, identifying their strengths, and making decisions aligned with their values and purpose.

I currently serve as Director of Mentoring at the Van Reigersberch Leadership Institute (VRLI), where I promote mentoring as a powerful approach to fostering ethical, virtue-based leadership. Through mentoring and coaching, I create safe and reflective spaces that encourage self-awareness, personal growth, and meaningful decision-making.

I joined VRLI because I share its vision of leadership grounded in integrity, responsibility, and service. I am especially passionate about supporting young people at pivotal stages of their lives, helping them develop authentic, values-driven leadership and realise their full potential.

Alongside my professional career, I am actively involved in strategic volunteering with organisations that promote systems thinking. In my personal life, I enjoy visiting art museums, where I find inspiration in the richness, creativity, and potential of the human experience.
