Mary Grace Janssen-Cruz

Mary Grace was born in Manila, Philippines, and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Asia and the Pacific in Manila.

Before moving to the Netherlands and joining Grotius, she shared her expertise in graphic design and marketing with various non-profit organizations in the Philippines dedicated to the holistic formation of young people. These included the Universitas Foundation, which advocates for principled leadership, and the World Youth Alliance, which defends the dignity of the human person.

After moving to the Netherlands in 2025, Mary Grace continues her commitment to character formation through Grotius. She first became involved by participating in the first Grotius Leadership Course for women and later became one of the founding members of the Van Reigersberch Leadership Institute (vRLI). She now serves as Media Director of vRLI, overseeing its marketing and social media presence. Through this role, she seeks to help Grotius reach more young students and professionals by building and communicating a clear brand identity centered on virtue-based leadership.

In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new cooking and baking recipes, drinking coffee, wall climbing, and traveling.
