Ellard Kodrat

My name is Ellard Kodrat, and I am from the Netherlands. I work as a financial consultant and entrepreneur, I hold an MSc in Finance, and I am a prospect register controller (EMFC). Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through sports and discovering new cultures through travelling. I am passionate about continuous learning and believe that personal growth is the foundation for making a meaningful impact on others.

Within Stichting Grotius, I serve as the DAT Fund Manager, where I oversee the David & Anastacia Tuazon (DAT) Fund. The Fund provides financial assistance for education, training, and personal formation to individuals who have the motivation to grow but lack the necessary financial resources. What I value most about this role is the opportunity to help remove barriers that prevent people from developing their talents and reaching their full potential.

I joined Stichting Grotius because I share its belief that investing in people is one of the most meaningful ways to build a better society. The Foundation’s commitment to education, personal development, and virtue based leadership closely reflects my own values. Being part of a community of volunteers who are dedicated to serving others is both a privilege and a source of inspiration.

Looking ahead, I hope to continue growing both professionally and personally while contributing to initiatives that create lasting opportunities for others. I believe that leadership is ultimately about serving people with integrity, fostering their potential, and empowering them to make a positive difference in their families, communities, and professions.
