A two-day conference bringing together renowned speakers and an international community at the Amrâth Grand Hotel de l'Empereur, directly opposite Maastricht Central Station.
Under the theme Roots to Fruits, iPLC 2026 explores how strong character forms the foundation of enduring leadership. Through the experiences of leaders in business and technology, participants gain practical insight into cultivating the roots of leadership: the virtues.
The conference is held once a year by the Grotius Leadership Institute together with its sister institute, Van Reigersberch, and is open to everyone.
